I'm thinking of applying. Please share the pros and cons from your perspective. I was told by a friend that it's a grwat company and that pay was excellent. This doesn't seem to be the case on the other threads on this site. Don't hold back. PROS and cons, please.

It depends on what type of company you want to work for. If $$ is all you are looking for this is the place to be. Make above market with no expectations or accountability to perform. If you are okay with "leaders" who have no integrity and focus on themselves, you will fit in.

I utterly agree with previous response, there are no expectations or accountability to perform and they bully you as if you are the person in wrong when they decide to implement metrics for good look status. Lack of training, lack of knowledge, fraternizing between employees and management with "too many chiefs and not enough Indians". As stated in the previous response, "If you are okay with "leaders" who have no integrity and focus on themselves" then you will be fine working for MLS. I can't even say the pay is great or compatible... I guess it depends on your job title. They have no set policies aside from attendance that they half ass follow and make up rules as they go along. To be a happy employee of MLS will TRULY depend on what you plan to achieve. For me it was to learn what not to do as a company.....

I've worked here for over 5 years and I honestly live it. I make a great paycheck, get 3 or 4 accounts a year, and life is good. I keep my head down, mind my own business, and work hard.

Perspectives is what I was looking for--from numerous people-so I could make a well-informed decision. I just want some information. Please share your perspective.
