I utterly agree with previous response, there are no expectations or accountability to perform and they bully you as if you are the person in wrong when they decide to implement metrics for good look status. Lack of training, lack of knowledge, fraternizing between employees and management with "too many chiefs and not enough Indians". As stated in the previous response, "If you are okay with "leaders" who have no integrity and focus on themselves" then you will be fine working for MLS. I can't even say the pay is great or compatible... I guess it depends on your job title. They have no set policies aside from attendance that they half ass follow and make up rules as they go along. To be a happy employee of MLS will TRULY depend on what you plan to achieve. For me it was to learn what not to do as a company.....
