Love Campbell today. We promoted HZ not because of his last place performance but because he danced at our launch meeting.
Another reason why its difficult to work in the “buddy system” company. I know Jeff will see this soon.

i hope others see that gap here.

More than numbers? In a SALES leadership position?
Can someone share an example of leadership beyond the scope of the job to warrant a promotion and lift over last place sales performance?

Has their been an example of teamwork above and beyond the expectations of the role?

Look, This isn't hating on HZ. I'm raising a point of there being no process, start up or not. You cant say with a straight face that relationship didn't play a major part in this promotion. If the process and criteria remains the same there will eventually need to be some transparency.

I believe the quote from MC was "Sales performance is the entry point"

It’s a Dateline or Michael Moore doc waiting to happen. The wink wink compliance mentality and blatant irreverence for professionalism at meetings is a disgrace. Campbell is a thug who was brought up by one who was let go…he’s carrying on apparently with HZ who was fired from Genentech and for good reason. They are a disgrace to the industry.

An embarrassment for employees, customers and investors. A group of has-beens Harvey Weinstein-ing their place but that can only last for so long. Product is a nightmare, weak leadership, toxic culture…the board and Wall Street aren’t stupid. It’s a matter of time. Brush off that resume.
