I don’t know about you, but my FRM works her tail off from 10;00-1:00 Tuesday and Thursday. The rest of the time she is MIA. What an ABSOLUTE waste!!! The fulfillment rates have actually DECREASED since she’s been here!! Nichols and Pops have lost touch with reality and what is needed.

My manager works in the mothership (aka Waltham) and has the same hours as yours.
