Sounds like the job should have gone to a lesser qualified person just because they’re not a white male. That’s not discrimination at all. Makes perfect sense.
Let’s get serious. Why would you want a promotion here knowing this place is a dump? If you truly believe yourself to be deserving of one, wouldn’t you rather take your talents where they will be appreciated, rewarded and utilized?
