project update

Not in on this but heard it was 2 yr contract with rollover depending on meeting goals
Is it not to early to roll reps over or are they cutting ? I guess the call will tell all.

So what happened? Did call get made? Looks like good things have been going on and reimbursement was OK'd a couple of months ago. Hope they are expanding, still trying to get on this project.

Rumor is only 25% will get rolled over. That's bad for sales force morale holding it over heads until February. Make your calls but concentrate on getting another job ASAP

Rumor from where? It wouldn't make financial sense to displace current employees just to hire new ones... Unless they are not really a great fit for Exact. Also, then to hire more first quarter? Wouldn't seem like a great idea.

Roll over small amount 25% and keep the rest CSO ? Turnover for sure as soon as reps find direct hire jobs they will leave. There is no incentive to stay correct me if I'm wrong on all this. Who knows the real deal with this ?

No one knows really. Having a conference call and being told that there would be no Q&A session was very creepy. So they really want people to wait until Feb 13 to see if they have jobs? People have families to think about. Keep interviewing. I wouldn't be surprised to see sales dip because of lack of focus.

Wow sounds like it could get ugly and to think it was a 2 yr contract.
Have they payed any $ out beyond the base at this point ?

No. Think it will end very ugly. Exact employees have big bases, stock options, and huge car allowances. Most reps on the contract are coming out of pocket and losing money on car. No transparency.

Yes I knew the EXAS employees made out damn did you see the millions the top execs made.
I went through the process and found a direct hire job and thought I may have made a mistake
since they did say rollover was going to happen when certain metrics were met. It seemed like a potential hot company .I guess that is still possible but this episode makes me think twice. I saw the stock go up and read the info online which all seemed positive once they got approval and how this is going to be a 3 billion $ company. Wow not what I expected I guess you did not either .

Go sell in the meantime. We need our stock price up. Sales have started very slow in 2015.

Based on what the bull investors are saying EXAS is going to be a 50$ stock in the near future. Seems like these pumpers have no clue as to what is going on with the CSO sales force being on the chopping block. Can't be good when 6 months into a launch you're already dumping reps.
