Boehringer is now in Project ImPact, the second phase of the corporate transformation. Project ImPact was a pilot project in the U.K. In 2012-2013. It is a two year plan that eliminates all therapeutic representatives. Anyone remaining will be HSBS, contract, managed markets, or management. Decisions on who will be kept were made months ago, if you're not in one of the above mentioned roles, you will not be here in two years.
