Profit Margins & Pfizer

Does anyone really think a consumer health merger with another another company will be actually good for GSK? It’s basically saying we’re not clever or competent enough to do this alone, so we’ll give half of our already low profits to Pfizer because we need help. Emma’s profit projections are a joke, injecting a bunch of middle men into an already slim profit margin business model will fail, we don’t need 5 years to test it out so incompetent Emma can still cash her pay checks. Also, isn’t it a little late for a Covid vaccine? When will leadership be held accountable?

Perhaps when/if Elliot Group makes them?

I think you’re an idiot that has no grasp of basic finance and corporate transactions. It’s a JV and subsequent spin off. Go look at each companies financials statements and you’ll see your dumbass remark about “giving profits to Pfizer” is quite false.

I can’t believe we hire idiots like you here in the field. Probably graduated from a school nobody has heard of with a degree with “communications” or something.

Inside scoop here. Profit margins are going to be fattened by the sly use of "shrinkflation." For example, assume a bottle of Tums has 100 tablets in it and GSK makes $1 profit per bottle. Under the shrinkflation plan, 5 Tums will be removed from the bottle. Now, the profit is $1.05. It's pure genius. Mum's the word, though - this is top secret strategy.
