This site is mostly populated by trolls and disgruntled ex-employees - trying to sift through the petty hate is difficult. Apologies. PIH is Pfizer Innovative Health; which is basically all newer meds. The posting could be for Consumer Health, Internal Med, Vaccines, Oncology, etc - too general to say exactly what specific division. If it is an entry level position - minimal expericance needed - it's probably primary care internal medicine, as the other divisions generally only recruit from internal candidates.

I of course looked on the site, googled and spoke to a current pfizer rep for some clarity on this- to the lovely individual who said I'm too lazy to do the homework. What territory?

ABSOLUTELY ask clarification on the next round - the more you ask, the more credit you get for being engaged. Ask about the specific territory, products, etc. If all you know is that it's PIH, they might even be wary of you if you don't ask basic questions.
