Any one know what the BU stands for and what the starting base might be for someone with no pharma but solid sales background...also, any insight about the Worcester, MA territory I know the access is horrible but wanted some input...have 20 minute phone interview on Monday...any advice?

"BU" stands for Business Unit. Starting salary for a PHR with sales experience but no pharma experience is around $55k-$65k. Phone interviews are in "STAR" format. If you are not familiar with this format, you are going to want to research it before your phone interview. In pharma, almost all interviews are STAR, whether over phone or in person. Good luck.

This position should been closed. Someone finally admitted there is no access of any value in the state of Massachusetts. Otherwise you are set up to fail if you get this job!!
