Hi I have experience being a procedure specialist working in hospitals. in the CRM division.
I am about to be hired with SJM.
How much should I say for my yearly income? (please keep in mind, I have good education and 2.5 year shadowing experience).

also how much is given for car allowance in 2015? If you get a good small car, can you take the remaining car allowance? or we pay it back to stm

at the end of the year, how much is given as bonuses? I know it depends on sales overall...but on average?

thanks in advanced

EDITED: what i meant by shadowing is....SJM is looking for someone who does certain kind of duties...which I have lots of experience doing in hospitals....so its very very similar experience...so based on that....and from my research....

if I were to say 80 000k per year BASE SALARY is that too much? is it decent?
how about my second choice of 75 000 per year? is that reasonable for 2.5 yr of exp with great education background?

By 'duties' do you mean wearing a tight top and sleeping with docs? That could get you like $85k.
If you're a dude move on, because you write like a moron and I can't imagine you being a wizard with the Merlin.

Base salary - 80-90K
Bonus - 10-20K
Car Allowance - 500 a month plus gas. You can keep the difference but keep in mind that it's supposed to cover insurance as well.
Spiffs - 300 a pop for HV devices. Get involved Day 1.
Miscellaneous Parkings - 20 dollars a day extra. Say they don't accept CC. No receipt needed.
