Of barrel reps left. How is this possible? Does Novartis just not value its people? These same people you just laid off are just what you need Novartis. Decisions such as these, being left for some consultant, is what's gonna ruin the little reputation you have left.
 








Sorry to hear good, competent people were let go in the SoCal area. But that doesn't surprise me. Why would you expect NVS to make rational decisions? If it let the bottom feeders go and kept the honest, hard working reps, the company would be going against precedent.

So which reps were let go? How many were affected?

Just some lame upper butt kissers.

Field is gone, replaced with day laborers from your local big Orange home improvement store. The Geek douche was able to secure excellent rates with the day laborers. This act alone was able to save the company gazillions, and result in the Novartanic stock being at all times high.
