Great company, horrid leadership.

Left four years ago and couldn't be any happier that I did - found a better position with more money, better benefits, and actual work-life balance.

Shame because I truly did believe in what the company stands for...pity the rest of the leadership do not.

Lmao… somebody is still clearly butthurt and not over Zoetis if they’re commenting on this board FOUR YEARS after they were canned… I mean “left”. Yeah okay. Go sell your sour grapes elsewhere.

Zoetis Leadership is still appalling 4 years later…A RBD wasted a whole day on workshop on Integrity, Leadership, Trust... total BS!!! As a ABM he allowed certain “players" to do whatever they want diverting and loading hospitals with product to win PC then allowing the accounts to be dropped… the closest the rep came to calling on one account was dumping off his phone in the hospital parking lot to throw off his wife’s GPS tracker while heading to his whore's place..word of advice JH... its probably a good idea to clear the search box of the names of the female reps you are google stalking BEFORE you present to the team!!

Wow are you guys really slamming the cream of the crop manufacturers in animal health?? They have a 25% market share of what distribution sells, but lately I haven't had any of their reps reply to my multiple calls, texts, emails to team up or help with any clinics. Come to think of it, I haven’t had any mfg reps contact me, and since we’ve determined that only 3 mfg are worth working with, and rep workwiths are no longer a part of our yearly plan, I can’t blame them.

Not to totally revive an old thread but...I have to agree. When I was 'severed' I was horrified, dismayed and absolutely despondent. I'd spent so many years being told that the job I had was the best job I could have.

A year after departure found myself hired for a role two career bands hire, almost double the income etc. Pretty much anyone who has been 'removed' from corporate has found themselves moving on up when they go elsewhere.

Fantastic FANTASTIC company with a great product line. Shame the leadership team is the scum of the earth what with a CEO more concerned about pushing her web series or whatever.
