Primary Care salary range???













I interviewed like 2 weeks ago any one get offer?? I know offer letter’s October 6
I believe one more interview to area director

I interviewed with 2 DMs 2 weeks ago and just had to complete hirevue interview (2 questions) for CBD review. Not sure if the process is the same across the board, would love to hear about other peoples experiences so far and if anyone has gotten offers yet/salary range
 




The annual base salary (or hourly rate of compensation) for this position ranges from $74,700-$140,700. However, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition, our positions offer a short-term incentive bonus opportunity; eligibility to participate in our equity-based long-term incentive program (salaried roles) or to receive a retirement contribution (hourly roles). Benefits offered included a qualified retirement program [401(k) plan]; paid vacation and holidays; paid leaves; and, health benefits including medical, prescription drug, dental, and vision coverage in accordance with the terms and conditions of the applicable plans. Additional details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment. If hired, employee will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.

This is probably the most haphazard recruiting process I have ever experienced. Hope it’s not a bad omen.
Totally the most unprofessional process I’ve witnessed. Interviewing candidates and telling them moving on only to get letter to contrary. Doesn’t respond to emails. This drug was approved jan 23 they’ve had all year. Never seen a company like that. Expected better from AZ

No.. There are delays in many geographies b/c some regions don't even have a DM yet so the DMs from neighboring territories are doing the interviewing and hiring...
