Primary Care salary AMGEN

Seasoned rep to sell Repatha and Aimovig for Amgen. What could I expect as a salary and bonus - I'm afraid to ask! I'm a specialty rep with over a decade of experience, in my 40's and I'm a single Mom. I don't want to go back to Primary Care as I've been there and made it out but I've been laid off for several months and I need a job and the money/benefits. Thank you!!

Expect about 70-80k company car that you pay for. Bonus maybe 26k a year. Syneos pays low!
 
















$70-$75k base and prob another $15k average annual bonus. I made roughly $28k in bonus last year and only about $10k this year.
Also, there’s always the promise of an opportunity to join Amgen full time. Yes, many have made the transition to full time Amgen positions, but they are not easy to come by. Many open Amgen positions are filled externally since most Amgen managers and employees view Syneos reps as second class sellers not worthy of a full time role.
I would try and find a full time position with Amgen or another company if possible. Good luck.

Second class. Funny shit. Their reps are garbage, and lazy. Once you have about 3-5 years in this industry, and have a good work ethic, you can be ass good as anyone.

I was offered 74K salary and 35K bonus potential. I have been a specialty rep for over 10 years with a base over 90K. Told manager too big of a pay cut, sorry.

Good for sticking to your guns, sounds like you still have a good job. Plenty of seasoned reps who would jump at this...it's a buyer's market for talent , companies know it
