I have a interview for a primary care position. Could someone give me some honesty feedback on this. I know there is alot of negitive parts to this industry in general but any help would be thankful.

What type of salary can I ask for or expect with about 5 yrs of b2b exp?

What is the average bonus?

Are you guys still paper calls or computer?

what are the car choices?

How are the bennies, health and vac?

What is training like, how long, roomates, where at?

what are the daily expectations?

What are the products for primary care?

What does the pipeline look like?

Thank you

this company is OK, nothing special.

take that into consideration before you move forward.

Personally, I would take this if a. I was desperate, b. This was my first pharma job.

I agree, I wouldn't join this company unless any of the above. It honestly is the worst pharma company I have worked for during my 11 yr career, but I also have an awful manager which changes things up. However, it would depend on the area you are covering and your past sales rankings.

Salary: $45-60 with 5 yrs (depends on your mgr but that is what I would estimate)
Bonus: $10K to 20K roughly annually
Computer (samples, details (times how long you call on doc and what you say)
Benefits are good (only nice thing I can really say)
Training in Chi town (Deerfield) and it may have changed, but used to be own room
Pipeline sucks

Thanks for all the help.

Do you think I would be able to get close to 70K for base?

How long is training?

How is the managed care in PA?

What are the car options?

What are the main products?

Thanks again.

Where in PA? Training is 2 weeks home study & 2 weeks in Deerfield. You'll get the previous reps car(camry). Vesicare 70% Suma30%. worst sales training but depending where in PA , may have great manager
