Primary Care Diabetes

I am looking at applying for a position fo Eli Lilly, Diabetes- Primary Care role. I know that Eli Lilly has a wide variety of diabetes products. which products do the primary care reps promote, and what is most important for me to learn prior to an interview?

I applied to a an open position recently, had a phone screen form a recruiter and was told I would hear back by the end of the following week and the interview would take place the next Monday. Never heard a word, I find it SO unprofessional that Eli Lilly can't give the decency to communicate they moved forward with another candidate. I have lost all respect for their recruiting process.
