Price of the IPO

Warburg knew what it was doing when it picked up the limping B&L over 5 years ago and changed out the management. This is all part of somebody's master plan and it is working out the way Warburg wants it.

The reality of it is that the management of B+L has not really changed all that much in 5 years. Many of the VPs and Directors that were there 5 years ago are still there pulling the strings and making the same lame brain decisions that were made many years ago.

>What difference does it make if we are owned by stockholders or by venture capitalists? How does that affect you one way or another?

If you believe in the financial prospects of a public corporation, you can buy the stock on the exchange and hopefully realize some gains.

Owned by Venture Capitalists???? In the case of B+L, other than your paycheck and token bonus, WP and executive management are not sharing any of the upside :)

The point is that no matter who owns the company, it shouldn't affect the job you do.
