Pressure

So soon?? Are you kidding man we had 10 days of data before we kicked it into high gear and abandoned strategy. That enough time to know ITS NOT WORKING, time to pivot. How many calls you got? I need to be on 1 zoom call per week, send me screenshots of text conversations with staff, leave me a VM every night with your success stories from the day.

Let’s go man, 10 days and you didn’t get your 1 script? You’re pathetic, you don’t deserve to be here.

The shutdown caused by the virus is killing the launch plans. I get it. but this pressure is so over the top. Management needs to understand this. By being a pest to our already over stressed providers, we are burning bridges for future. the culture of this company is revealing itself more each day and they need to do some damage control soon. How about get some commercials or a marketing strategy in place to help us out? For fucks sake...take a realistic look at this. Management? do you hear me?

Just bad luck that this happened to all of us as soon as we got started...HUGE mistake coming here from my old company that is treating their people awesome during this time...but hey...I'm making so much more at least until they shitcan this entire launch.

Rather than complain online, make one more call. It will keep you busy AND it saves everyone else from having to see you complain online like it’s going to change anything.

culture??? What are you talking about??? Have you heard me mention culture since launch?? You idiot, culture is something you talk about before you have to sell. It’s selling time baby, nobody gives a f*ck about culture anymore. When it becomes a billion dollar product we will start talking about “culture” again to attract/retain a new crew of morons

I agree. Starting to hear more about the number of calls and Zoom meetings. I can’t even get most of my offices to pick up the phone because they are all sheltering in place or working from home. The launch is important but let’s face it, this is some truly messed up stuff we are dealing with. I am seeing cracks in the culture and wonder if I made the right decision coming here.

Culture never had a chance to develop. Building it over Zoom is not optimal. Praying for better days ahead.

Wow. Just came by the other day to see what type of mental hell my Ole buddy JD was putting people through here during the WFH. Was curious how many reps he’d put on Plans over the “break”. Came back today and lo and behold the post was removed. Sorry for you all that JD hasn’t changed and for the mental anguish and hostile work environment you will have to endure.

Leadership shows their true colors in challenging times. Let’s see what GR and his team decide to do for the Q2 payout. Last I heard we were all getting paid at target. Might not be the case. Their recent silence says a lot.

They are not paying everyone at target anymore. They are going back on their word. They need to save a couple thousand in order to make rent in NYC.

They’re struggling to see why they should be paying reps who haven’t earned a script. As of right now it looks like 1 script will be the cut off. If you got 1 script you get $10,000, no scripts and you get $0.

If they do that, it will kill the launch and the culture. We all left good jobs to take a chance on this startup. Average tenure in the specialty is 15 years. The second you walk back on your word, you lose the confidence of the field.

Nothing says "striving for mediocrity" like being a 15-year rep. No wonder you retreads have been crying a out shares.

I heard they need to save more than a few thousand just to compensate for losses during this time in NYC. Some territories will expect to see layoffs due to cutting costs to ensure the company doesn’t go under right now.

a lay off would be amazing right now. More incentive for me to hold off on promoting anything. Honestly even before covid my territory could have easily been merged with others.

Why did you take the job if you believed the territory was not viable? Not being mean just asking.

how would I know it wasn’t viable before I took the job? Before covid it was clear these territories were not drawn correctly. Had plenty of field time to figure it out. Additionally I have heard that at the top they knew they were creating too many territories back in November. They figure it’s easier to eliminate territories than add them. Nobody would be happy if you took their writers and gave them to someone else, but everyone happily takes new prescribers
