Press On

A friend of mine just posted this on Facebook, and I think its really true, and very applicable to this message board, too:

"Nothing in the world can take the place of Persistence. Talent will not; nothing is more common than unsuccessful men with talent. Genius will not; unrewarded genius is almost a proverb. Education will not; the world is full of educated derelicts. Persistence and determination alone are omnipotent. The slogan 'Press On' has solved and always will solve the problems of the human race."

Calvin Coolidge

Nothing will take the place of an honest fair company who treats its employees right. this bullshit of running people into the ground and using them up/spitting them out when their shelf life is up is not American. This job is not a sprint it is a steady pace with clients. Oh and lets not forget holding the accountablility flame to the feet of those inside. Sales generate revenue and management uses and diverts them into waste.
