had an interesting conversation with a key player in HO. The numbers have been completely fixed. You will see people getting up on that stage who aren't even close to deserving the award much less the trip. Their remarks to me is they shouldn't even have the awards at all because it is A complete fraud. In many instances, the numbers were fabricated all together to give specific individuals growth. The last statement made was if there was a way to do an internal audit, at least 85% would not be getting this prestigious award. This certainly will add fuel to the fire to those that are ready to quit.

We all know this is an embarrassing and staged event that will make many very angry. The only thing corporate doesn't realize is this will enormously negatively impact retention. No one likes to work for a company that doesn't do the right thing. This has sleazy written all over it. Why do they care? Idiots like MT, MM,and JD automatically go with their guests free of charge. Funny how they make the statement "we realize this year was a big mistake and we made a lot of bad decisions" yet they do nothing to fix it. We are all supposed to close our eyes and pretend nothing happened and then clap for people that don't deserve the Presidents Club Trip.

Demotivational is right. I'd like to add to this thread and agree that this upcoming production onstage will be a complete sham and an insult to so many people. The awards and trip should be going to the individuals that bring the most business and money to the company. That's not happening. Thanks a lot to losers like MM that don't know how to award the right people.

They should just cancel whatever they are planning for awards as it is laughable, sad, and so very wrong at the same time. The company should be ashamed of themselves. What a gigantic lie and mockery.

I have to add my two cents. There shouldn't be any PC awards this year. The whole year was a gigantic sham in terms of numbers reporting. I mean can anyone trust the numbers that they post? What a big pile of deceit. The people that will get these awards do not deserve them.

The rank report is a terrible joke. They have all those numbers purposely screwed up so it will confuse everyone. Also to base this on three quarters for the whole year is an even bigger con. To take something that everyone strides to achieve and turn it into a fixed thing is unthinkable.

The sickest thing is that he and his wife automatically get to go on the trip and eat and drink all the expensive food and take all the expensive tours etc. All expenses PAID! So why the shit would he care what's right or wrong. Don't forget MT!
