Niel is a hero to Novartis. he spends his day trolling the boards and working with CP to delete the threads that expose incompetence and inexperience amongst novartis leadership. Neil definately deserves a PRESIDENTS AWARD!!!
It takes a lot of time to go through these threads. Since its his first job in HR, it's fine with him so he is patient like an intern. But he is not alone, others in Genmeds have no quality expeirence. T has a year in develpment, the year he spent running the depatment. JH is form medaffairs and never did dev. G developed 1 drug. J no experience except getting fired from GMA. What this shows is that expeirenct doesn't count.
