OK you gave every one in ERT a completely new target list without any warning and you expect them to see every new customer in the first month. Pretty unreasonable I think. It is ironic that ERT reps had to give all thier customers and records over to the new full time Prenate PDI people.


What a piece of crap Company and leadership here at PDI ERT !

You go out and hire new people off the street for full time jobs and dont even offer the existing ERT reps who built the business and already have the contacts a chance to interview or ask them if they would like to go fulltime.

You will get whats do to you sooner or later. Your underhanded business practicies , bad karma and discrimination will get you eventually.

Completely agree with your post. PDI management treats the ERT team like they are second class citizens. Very few would stick around at this place if pharma jobs were more abundant.


I do not understand why PDI does not give their current employees a shot at these full time positions when they occur. There are a lot of current ERT employees that are highly skilled people and are totally overlooked. PDI is about to embark on a huge full time contract and none of the ERT reps I spoke to are being contacted by PDI recruiters or their district mangers to see if they are interested and there is no way to apply for these jobs because they are not posted.

What the F is that all about?

PDI human resources recruitment and management are either totally clueless to the skills their current ERT employees have or they are purposely not giving ERT reps a chance to move up.
And please don’t give me that Compass program nonsense response either.

Over half of my district wants full time or at least a full call load of 135 doctors. It Does not look like that is going to happen anytime soon with Tamiflu call being reduced drastically.

The only thing I can conclude is PDI human resources and recruitment is totally incompetent or they will not hire older reps. Most of the reps in my district are over 45.
This industry is rampant with thinly disguised age discrimination.

Can’t wait to meet the fulltime Prenate rep in my territory.

My guess is blonde 23-30 year old female nice legs 1 year of experience experience with a 32 year old male DM with 2 years of experience as a DM. I hope they completely fail.

Perhaps none of the ERT folks are qualified and hence looking to the outside for new talent? Even old tires need to be recycled frequently!

Used to work for PDI Dedicated. PDI today is a mere shell of what it once used to be during its heyday back in the late 90's and '01. It's a shame to see what used to be a leader in CSO's fall to last place, if not almost non-existent.

Actually Upper Saddle River is much prettier than Parsippany by a long shot! Maybe Steve Budd is still lurking the halls up there as a resident ghost?
