Spectra really will become the cats meow among the top three players. I think Nevro may have a bit of interest as well as Spinal Mod, but those are still a ways out. Of all the players, SJM seems to be the one that is flailing the most and has lost the most amount of share. Really surprising seeing that they were on an upward trajectory before they dismanteld there field sales organization and let go some key Marketing people.

Its really a dogfight between in MDT and BSX in my area. The whole St. Jude team has turned over in the past year.
