Pre-interview? Need advice

Hi all,

I received this email today;

"You got the interview! Pfizer would like you to participate in a digital interview, powered by HireVue..."


Can someone provide some advice on how I need to proceed? Are they just wanting to see what I look like, and if I'm articulate enough to advance to the next round?

Any insight is greatly appreciated!

Are you attractive, but a bit of an airhead ? Can you count to ten? Do you take orders well ? Do you kiss ass well? Are you phoney and a narcissist? If yes,
project that to your interviewer and you'll move on and , no doubt, get hired.
