Just looking for a quick (straightforward) answer on the ILS pre-employment process.

Set for a final interview sometime in the next 2 weeks, (no confirmed date) and I just want to get a better idea.

1. Do they run a background check?
2. What kind of drug test do they ask you to submit to: urine, hair, blood?

Do they drug test co-op students? I have already been hired and have not been tested? will they test me during my rotation and/or on the first day?
