Pre-employment Drug Testing - Hair or Urine?

My state has recreational marijuana approved, although I appreciate that the company may not accept this. I can pass a urine test but not likely I could pass a hair test.

1) Does Astellas use a hair or a urine drug test?
2) Is there leniency toward THC these days, or is it just as strict as in the past?
