You are correct. We are taking a course on talking to the MD through the walls of the building we are banned from and will be using cosmic osmosis to influence the buying groups for favorable pricing. Thanks for the scoop.

Maybe Regeneron and Sanofi need to take a look at who they've got selling Praluent. No offense... really nice people in most cases but terrible sales reps. Complacent. Complacency destroys sales. They are literally out there just going through the motions every day but not really strategizing. I can't stand Amgen but the Amgen reps far out-sell the Praluent reps in almost every territory.

Dumbfuck, Amgen has on average 8 average 2 in every territory, the RAS do all the paperwork in offices , they get sales credit for repatha direct, TV advertising. And Praluent still has a 40% market share. Sanofi has no share of voice in PC. So is amgen really outselling Praluent reps? With as much resources as they have and outnumbering Praluent tools ho come they dont have a 90% share. And dont talk to me about quality of Praluent reps verse Amgen. Yes we've some tools but repatha reps are worse,
 




You're lucky I've 10 repatha reps to our 2. I've a 45% market share. Who's outworking who? Who's the better rep? Repatha has more samples, RAS that sits in offices all day doing PA's, paid repatha speaker whores who will make the MA's override a managed care advantage to Praluent and even going as far as peer to peer approvals with the plan. Not to mention everytime I turn on TV I see a Repatha ad. So really who sucks?Dont forget about Repatha Ready scripts that Sanofi captures and credits market share to Repatha. In reality I've about a 70% share if you include all Repatha Ready. Can you imagine if I got sales credit and market share for all my PASS in my territory?,

Maybe somebody should tell my idiot manager we had a PC team who had no accountability and got crushed by Amgen PC reps. If Praluent PC reps wouldn't of gotten credit for mid- levels and PA and NP in cardiology offices it would show what a total failure that team was.

Pc role was educate PC and referrals to cards. If not for the PC teams, specialty territories would get nothing. Everyone knows that everything bubbles up from primary care. Now cry me a river, you special reps.
