Maybe Regeneron and Sanofi need to take a look at who they've got selling Praluent. No offense... really nice people in most cases but terrible sales reps. Complacent. Complacency destroys sales. They are literally out there just going through the motions every day but not really strategizing. Pc role was educate PC and referrals to cards. If not for the PC teams, specialty territories would get nothing. Everyone knows that everything bubbles up from primary care. Now cry me a river, you special reps.Ditto. Sounds like my territory. Except my manager thinks we need more role- playing and more targeting lists. Maybe somebody should tell my idiot manager we had a PC team who had no accountability and got crushed by Amgen PC reps. If Praluent PC reps wouldn't of gotten credit for mid- levels and PA and NP in cardiology offices it would show what a total failure that team was.
