Yes sending much praise… well done underwhelming performance. Your leadership team did such a good job, they were delisted from the NASDAQ. And had to file chapter 11. Note: investors are not required to contribute to the performance of a Company, that’s the CEOs job and he failed at that as well. Maybe 3rd time is a charm when he shows up somewhere else as he already decimated 2 companies. Advanced Tissue Solution and Acorda and destroyed Billions in shareholder wealth.

Must admit Dr Cohen and the BOD made several strategic misplays that hurt share price. But taking the holistic viewpoint of the 'big picture' of his tenure one must be impressed. Many lost some of their investment, but a good number won big time. Many posts here continue to attack the company delisting. But isn't that mere obfuscation of his achievements with Inbrija saving countless thousands (millions?) of lives?? Time to move on. Yes Acorda RIP. Be assured he will recover as a golden boy CEO of another biopharma.

MeTooDopa was nothing more than an overpriced generic. It offered no superiority over available options that were less expensive. Given it took three years to hit a peak of $40M in sales, I think it’s safe to say most docs and insurers saw through the scam.

Repeat Ronnie has proven not once, but twice that he has no business running a company.

I have no doubt he will have some vanity project, however he won’t be selected by anyone to run anything of consequence. Who would lend him money with his track record.
