Practice Fusion????













So we no longer offer interfaces to Practice Fusion???

What documentation do you have that says that? Did all the clients that have Practice Fusion have the light switch turned off? From my little area, my directive on this minor discussion point, was that PF would not agree to fair market terms to continue investing towards bi directional agreements. PF (practice fusion) was a uni directional emr, Kareo was the PM/billing side that allowed minimal bi directional go live error free accounts. Kareo, is now offering the same terms to clients as PF, and the main point.... Has a contract equal to eCW with LCA in $ per connection.
 












Another failure. Quest will be taking over these accounts soon. It's about negotiating and being proactive. BTW, Quest is not terminating their contract. Millions of dollars will be lost soon.
 






Yea, I've had to give up taking five or six accounts on because it's my reputation in the long run... Labcrap will be losing millions because of our upper management's lack of negotiating skills.
 


















Both Labcorp and Quest are both refusing to accept Practice Fusion's new outrageous rates and are not setting up any new clients. Existing interfaces are not being affected.
 










































so funny. reps always complain about perceived short comings. This is an ebb and flow deal. Take advantage of what you have and make the most of it. After all it is called SALES. Put a bow around it and make it happen. Otherwise, work at Walmart or someplace where you can be an order taker and not a SALES rep.

Thanks to the guy who sold lab services 20 years ago. If you can't interface with an office's EMR and another lab can, especially a national competitor, than you can consider yourself out sold before you walk in the door.. the sales team in IT messed up not the sales rep.. Office staff and doctors want ease of use and for their lives to be made easier not a rep saying oh by the way we dont interface but you can scan the results into your patients chart.. Yeah good luck with that one, let me know how well that goes over champ..
