Yeah no surprise that LH doesn't have a clue how to respond to the competition given she has seen so little of it when she came up through the ranks. Tina and Matthias must think the ability to carry a big handbag equates to success in carrying a large sales budget.

Easy there killer, she didn't do jack...the reps under her did and most of them won't be here in 6 months due to the crap they deal with from both the competition you say doesn't exist and the internal junk that goes on in the SE...we are on the same sinking ship we were last week, nothing changed.

FL and Texas are 2 great examples of what corporate can do for its favorites by making lost clients or those in jeopardy into House or corporate accounts. To say everyone is on an equal playing field is ridiculous as much so as saying RS is a good sales manager.

You mean the 2 states with Florida Cancer and TOPA, both which have internal labs that are owned by the practice. They should be backed out. They were not lost, they were eliminated from the pie, thats different. Every company backs them out, no rep, VP, medical director or anyone else could get them back or save them. No competitor can get that business. You rework the territory numbers without the accounts in them. Cry baby. Again, you have no idea what real market pressure is, you just cant sell.

I have practices that I lost where "no competitor could get that business" -- I'm talking about the Caris pay for bone marrows ploy. I never got any of that backed out of my budget.

Screw you. A lot of people here work hard and only a very few have received the special Corporate / House account treatment.

If everyone were able to get clients removed from their budget where they could not compete -- full time phlebs, aggressive client billing, TC / PC splits, client purchase of flow and other testing platforms , etc. then there would be a lot more folks making budget.

Tina only goes out of her way for a few friends and obviously you're one. Thanks again for the post LH!

It always amazes me that people think the florida and PR folks have it easy. Lets see:
Unlike what all think, FCS in the budget when they are doing almost everything in house, a ton of manage care issues not to mention every competitor under the sun, and yes, that includes Caris and the registry,an ASP that was worth crap and still is and a hughe budget.

Yeap, It is shiny in Florida but definitely not easy and no favoritism. So that 106% was blood sweat and tears. I do hope that everyone in this company does well this year. We need to do better.

Thanks for verifying what was said. The mere fact that the SE RD had a 106% peformance and the West RD which covers TX won Prez Club proves the value of backing out Accounts in Jeopardy and Lost Accounts from their budgets under the heading of Corporate accounts.

Maybe it's so late I don't get this post? I have NEVER heard 1 rep in FL say they like, respect,want to work under or learn anything from this sorry RD. I think most are afraid of her because she is so unfair and unethical, many fear for their jobs. Sick situation down in Sunny South FL.
