Terrible news about JTW. Not sure if Zoll can find anyone else who was so arrogant, short-sighted, and overwhelming capable of creating a hostile organizational culture.
 












The culture is toxic at this company. It’s not just him that caused it. Look at JB he is just as bad or worse than JW. He should have been sent into retirement long ago but someone he keeps his role. A division that is going nowhere. If you want to clean it up you need to get rid of the entire old regime and bring in management who have morals and values and don’t treat their employees as a number.

How did he get the axe before JB? How is JB still here? I assume he has been looking for another job since the Charlotte Party Fiasco. Nobody wants JB but Zoll I guess!
 






What happened in Charlotte was disgusting. I can’t believe anyone in a management position would do that. Watching it happen was just unbelievable He should be ashamed of himself. The problem with people like him is that they think they do whatever they want to people and get away with it. Truly Disgusting behavior by a male chauvinist pig!
