It is obvious that there are many RC RM posts. Since 2 are gone and the big guy is gone too, who could be writing these? It is obvious that it is an RM who cares little for his DMs or DMs in general. They seem to have a God complex. Any thoughts on who could be posting such degrading things? I always thought an RM had the backs of their DMs but this does not seem to be the case with this company.

What is so hard to understand? There are multiple posts on this site, with various topics but the RMs always bring the topic back to bad DMs blaming the poor managers when they don't do well and taking credit when they do. If you note the obvious RM posts they are not supporting their DMs at all. Since 2 of the worst have been let go, the question seems to be, who is posting these? What managers support their reps and which do not? It seems as though there are still a couple of bad managers out there. I think they are afraid that the DMs will contact HR and they should. The previous topic mentioned a drunk RM. It had nothing to do with hitting numbers.
