I have been employed in the post-acute space, or Home Health area of the industry for a decade where I have excelled in the role of VP, for a top 20 nationally Home Health company in terms of volume. I would like to locate opportunities to transition into a pharma-based roll, that focuses on the shift of care in the home, or in the post acute setting as this is the direction many patients will be headed. Most IDNs are shifting to this, via programs like 'Hospital at Home', 'SNF at Home' and Value-Based Programs.
Not familiar with the ins/outs of pharma roles, can you please lead me in the direction where some of these areas of the business are being discussed? It's an enormous area of opportunity, as home, will be the center of the healthcare universe in the years to come.
