No need to thank me as it is true that often the custodians have access to the senior executive offices for cleaning purposes. Within these offices are files and information about possible company buyouts and mergers. No I would discount the overhearing of critical information in the bathroom as being just wishful thinking.... But this is not how gathering inside information works. It would be a custodian getting paid on the side by an investor or broker to go through company files in executives or attorneys company offices.
We all need to be sensitive that many Pernix employees that are worried about their jobs. But good sales reps will always be in demand (as they are hard to come by). So advice from this old time Wall Street Grinder is to work hard for yourself as if it was your own business. Help the company get turned around. If it gets sold, the good employees will remain. Including that custodian that leaked out buyout or merger news (as long as he is not ratted out).
Have a good evening all
