I'm positively sure that unless upper management comes clean and provides good or bad financial data to certain parties, trying to get new accounts & keep old accounts will continue to be an uphill battle.... Just give the info out, damn. I have customers that are talking trash, it was bad enough that OI, Osiris, Integra, etc were slamming us on a daily basis. Put your big boy pants on and lets put this crap to bed!
