You must be a new hire right? You couldn't possibly be serious with that question, if you've been here any longer than say, a week. Go ask someone who was recently hired how their on boarding to Novartis went...this company is a disaster.

I do. I have recently accepted a position with an outside firm called Country Stables. It is a promotion as my job will be shoveling the shit out of the stables and barnyard. I almost didn't get the position because the owner thought I might be overqualified when he found out that I worked for Novartis and did nothing but put up with horses asses and bullshit all day long every day.

Positive information?! Yeah, I'm positive I wont be hitting my Aliskiren Family goal, my Tekamlo goal/amturnide goal and my Reclast goal. I'm also positive that everyone in East Hanover f'n retarded: incentives, compliance, HR, sample operations. And I'm positive that people will wonder who has it worse within 3 months - the reps let go or the reps still with this dumpster fire called pharma sales...

I agree with everything you said. I have no intention of even trying this quarter as nothing I do will get me even remotely close to the absurd goals. Im actually hoping novartis does not meet its anual goal at the end of december because FUCK 'EM. While everything that you wrote is true, the few words I would change are "this dumpster fire called pharma sales" to "this abortion called Novartis."
