If you know the history over the last couple of years you will know that drugs do not launch when they are supposed to. There is also a salesforce in place already that is losing their patent on Precedex soon.
#1. The drug, IF it actually is approved, will be a dog me-too.
#2 Whatever the scenario, Hospira will put an exorbitant price on it and try to sell it as a "premium drug"......ha ha.....that few will buy, except those major hospitals in the South and West that will get substantial rebates while the rest of us have to bust our asses to make quota.
