Boy oh boy! Things never change. I'm a former rep here, there must be hundreds by now, and I come back for a good laugh from time to time. Here is the bottom line..Pete runs the show, Jay, his son, is a manager along with Vince and Aaron. All three managers ( if you can call them that) must make serious bank and don't care in the least about the reps from a business perspective. By going along with "crazy" Pete, they hold their lucrative jobs. That is it! Sure, they will be given different titles from time to time, heck I think Aaron was director of sales twice and demoted. Vince is the most recent to be "re-titled" to super manager or something. Oh I almost forgot ...Tom, the brother, was demoted from director of ESR to rep. I will tell you this..I think Tom, Jay, Aaron and Vince are all good guys on a personal level. Pete is nuts! Products...outdated ESR (heck even ESR is outdated, just ask any lab director where it falls on their priority list). OC Light....ok, but they even have recognized that it is better to focus on large hospitals with OC Auto....that's where they money is...for everyone but you! How do I know all this as a former rep from years past...cause nothing ever changes at Poly. HaHaHa!
