are they hiring bad managers too? Is that one of the problems with the company? The managers turn into A holes like Pete? I would think that if they hired competent, understanding managers that these managers would push back if treating reps this badly.
If they are only hiring d bags then I don't want a job there either...will stay selling here until something better comes.
