I would be scared to be left in the VBU. Everyone knows the IS team does nothing and cuts should have been way deeper. Everyone knows it. Finally some leadership stepping up at GSK. I left GSK because it was run like a total joke. The noise on here is not shocking, of course the team doesn’t like their 10 hour a week life disrupted.

Some truth to this post however we put in closer to 30+ hours a week as adult IS reps. At the gym, shopping and coaching kids.
Full line reps are the workhorses of this division.

If we’re being honest, more should have been cut. Everyone knows it’s painful but the reality is we have way too many people that work 3-4 hour days
I wish this was true. I should have worked less, spent less, less programs. Worked my ass off for arexvy and got paid 15 for 6 months.which they had to pay because the IC was not compensating us for sales because we had shitty lists with shitty Marx data.

Unintelligible gibberish. Try using sentences.

Wow -we have 70,000 people in this company - how you attributed a text to Joaquin is very impressive. Perhaps you should be leaving and go hang out in Vegas with that great skill set.

Disagree with you! The IS team does a shit ton!

Joaquin was a DEI hire, plain and simple. He doesn’t know anything about what it’s like in the field these days - and neither does Maya or Emma. Checking boxes is a losing deal, but that’s what we do every day, isn’t it? What a shame. Liars all the way around.

We should thank both Joaquin and Truck. Amidst the chaos they have created, lies an adversity that has a remarkable way of building resilience and strength within us. It's in facing challenges, setbacks, and hardships that we discover our inner fortitude and ability to overcome. Each obstacle we conquer adds to our resilience, shaping us into stronger, more capable individuals. So, embrace the difficulties you encounter—they're opportunities for growth and empowerment.
