It was called "Role Play" for many years.
Then it became "Skills Workshop" with managers and directors pretend to be physicians sitting at tables evaluating the reps.
Now it is reincarnated as "Facilitated Skill Enhancement Workshop".
Remember someone probably got promoted coming up with this new name or put together a manual for it.

Just do it. It is not like it takes you that much energy and you're paid to DO IT. If you have not noticed, there are NOT a bunch of really "rewarding" jobs for people with BAs and BS degrees, no certifications and average intelligence with zero drive except for a carrot. . . . . .
