POA in Florida?

My manager said the October POA will be in Florida. WTF? It’s the number 1 Covid destination. Today’s headlines read “Don’t travel to Florida”. This on top of Sun being the first, and for a long time the only Pharma company back in the field during active Covid times. I’m convinced they actually care less for their people than any other company. And probably the worst company on top of that. I’m done! It’s a paid job search from here on out. BTW I will be on vacation that week in October. Officially ;) :p

There’s absolutely NO POA in Florida, that’s complete BS.

to be honest, sun is a terrible company, but if your not Willing to go to a poa, after a vaccine has been available for at the point 10 min then you should probably look for another industry where you can work from home
 






It is absolutely in Florida. I think the entire sales force should boycott it. These fools risk our lives proving they could care less about us and our safety. the word has been rumbling around for awhile now but I think it’s time we all join those that have been fired for speaking up. If we do it together they will need to listen to us. This company has constantly put us in danger and should either change or pay. STARTING RIGHT NOW!

Why do a POA anyway? Everyone is miserable. COE is nonexistent oph hasn’t even done an announcement. There’s nothing to look forward to besides turning in your resignation. Sun sent out covid surveys and completely ignored the ones that said no to a trip. Anything to not pay reps a dollar. This company is a joke

Great question and you came to the right place to find answers to questions like these. After Oracle bought us we just sell databases. We used to sell computer servers and workstations. We created Java. I am not sure why we are on this pharma board though. Maybe someone else can help answer that one.

You should have read the entire headline. It states "Don't travel to Florida UNLESS its for a POA". So we are good and nothing to worry about.
