What is going on in building one? Heard that 6 and as many as 9 people have put in a 2 week notice for better pay somewhere else. I'm not a machinist but I hear they will hire anyone.

So the predictions from many years ago by managers and engineers that were let go during massive layoffs are finally coming true. Massive quits, walk outs, 2 week notices, those who just flat never show up or call ever again. Because times changed. Legally, a potential employer can no longer call a potential employee's previous employer to find out why that person left (in Florida)...
"In other words, Florida law gives employers significant leeway in what they can say about former and current employees. However, if a prior employer provides negative information to retaliate or discriminate this may give rise to other legal claims under federal and state anti-discrimination and whistleblower laws. The employer may also violate the law if it gives out confidential or protected information, such as your medical information."
