New FDE here. Can someone give me an idea of what this EPM sit-down looks like (intensity, time it'll take, etc.) and whether it's a waste of time?
It must make one really proud to work for a company like Lilly.
Don't take the PM too seriously. Use it as an opportunity to ask your manager which areas he or she sees for you to improve. I wrote one business case in which I solved a problem in a hospital a few years back. I wrote it out exactly as it flowed as a business case and solution. The document was eight pages long. My case was made an example in the area that I worked in as a PM attaboy.
I didn't get a raise however as lower paid reps got my share.
I can't wait to get home every night and tell my kids about the Lilly values.
You know, at their school, they are told "the lillies" give so much money to Christian charities!
Wow - how ignorant and hateful! The Lilly's themselves were Christians and built an amazing company, an amazing endowment (as have many other Christian charities - the hospitals, universities, and other charitable institutions are too numerous to mention), ... And today it's ignorant people who are tearing down a great institution like Lilly and our country - making it a shadow of it's former self.
Yes Lilly should return to it's "green" roots - selling medicinal herbs, like HEMP.
