Sure the pm is a waste of time but you dont have a choice. Its a mandatory brow beating every six months. Ands its one of the things they are using to decide who to fire. Thats why they are doing it earlier this year.
 
























Don't take the PM too seriously. Use it as an opportunity to ask your manager which areas he or she sees for you to improve. I wrote one business case in which I solved a problem in a hospital a few years back. I wrote it out exactly as it flowed as a business case and solution. The document was eight pages long. My case was made an example in the area that I worked in as a PM attaboy.
I didn't get a raise however as lower paid reps got my share.

Sure, HR plant, why not go back to the hole you crawled from? Maybe write another 8 pages. On your own time.

Ruth Lilly did give money to christian charities. The Lilly Endowment continues to give it out after her death.

Of course Lilly would give money to the most worthless drug of all time ... religion.
 






Wow - how ignorant and hateful! The Lilly's themselves were Christians and built an amazing company, an amazing endowment (as have many other Christian charities - the hospitals, universities, and other charitable institutions are too numerous to mention), ... And today it's ignorant people who are tearing down a great institution like Lilly and our country - making it a shadow of it's former self.

Yes Lilly should return to it's "green" roots - selling medicinal herbs, like HEMP.
