Please! Please! Please Eisai! Could you STOP patting yourself on the back for delivering quarterly goals when they actually SHOULD BE DELIVERED... before the start of a IC period. Just because there was complete ineptitude previously, there is no reason to brag about the fact that things were done correctly... for once.
The same goes for our IC Payout. In years past, IC payouts were made during the SAME month we received our final IC summary for the quarter... then there were adjustments made to the process that allowed them to payout the bonuses deep into the following month.
Now again, we see Eisai patting themselves on the back for doing something that is just north of the low standard they have set for themselves with regards to follow through with the salesforce!
But when your history has shown a trend of poor decisions followed by constant reactionary approaches to corporate, industry or market changes met by the swinging pendulum of focus on call activity or PDE or the next measurements tool (that isn't called a measurement tool btw)... patting yourself on the back is about all you have.
