Please stop Novartis eye care reps

Please stop telling offices you are getting Xiidra and their current reps are going to get cut. 99% of these offices are telling us and we are having a nice laugh at your expense. If you think Novartis will spend all that money on xiidra and then just hand it over to an untrained workforce you need your head examined. Most of the offices dont even know who their Alcon/Novartis rep is and still refer to you as Alcon.

We will just have to wait and see...wait and see...btw...you can’t get all upset the past year at Shire you knew something was going to happen to your jobs. Now it’s came to reality and you seem surprised?

SMH. My eyes are rolling so hard, you can hear them...

You don’t understand business-the workforce was the cost of the drug. They bought the drug, not the workforce.

And shire reps act like training with one drug is harder than passing the bar exam. It will take a couple weeks time to be up to speed on “training”, so no matter if shire reps are kept or not, it’s just a drug, not the Crown Jewels...

Shire reps werent selling xiidra. They were selling ask iiris, pill pack, coupons, $5 month and upgrade to 90 day.

As a Novartis Rep in another division, do yourself a favor and RUN from this toxic place. All rumors you hear are true. Culture sucks. 0 teamwork, backstabbing culture. Micromanagement at it's best. Look elsewhere as fast as you can. We all are in other divisions.
