Another new manager or TM with a low quota posting troll garbage. Let's see if you can live off your base salary in 9 months big man. I used to think the same thing about pharma companies, but the lack of pay here has been very humbling experience.

This idiot will quickly realize this is not about working hard. Most TMs & RMs work their butts off here. If you are lucky enough to have a good payer mix, then you will succeed for a short period of time. Less than 20% of the field is tenured over 3 years. As an RM, you will have to pip and pop TMs to keep your job. As a TM, you will end up piping yourself after the 2nd or 3rd year by looking for another job. It is just a vicious cycle of fast paced quota growth and revenue challenges that cannot be solved by you, your manager nor your AD.

The solution is don't take a job here. PERIOD

Wow, you must be new. Fact is Zoll has had plenty of hard working successful RMs and TMs. What did they get for producing and make the life vest a well known option, they got shown the door because they voiced their concerns about issues you are still dealing with. Fact is JW and ML want it this way. The patients are running the asylum in this case. Ridiculous quotas, inventory mismanagement, delayed fittings, interference from account coordinators, and a poorly guided marketing department all add up to this circus known as Zoll lifevest...JW has his position because of the puckering up he has done. The only way to advance here is to get some stains on your chin and collar..good luck recruiting new TMs and RMs..you will get the bottom of the barrel, and nothing else..you reap what you sow..

You get it all right, and you hear us ,but you don't give a shit. You didn't care 7 years ago and you don't care today. Nothing has changed and nothing is going to change.
