That being said when will cost cutting begin. First you raise the price to gain more dollars but the follow up is to maximize profits by creating efficiencies and reducing expenses.

I am just glad the new company has stepped in and is acting the way efficient companies were designed to run. Cadence was run horribly. Now it is being run professionally. Customers hate us, upper management listens to no one but himself and the employees are learning they are not valued by upper management. This last part is a annoying because some people are learning too slowly. BTW you sales folks need to get on board and stop whining. It is sales. Do your job and stop being so sensitive. How much more bonus could you want to sell this simple product
