Floundering like a horse with a broken leg , fake calls , no motivation ,
no desire , no credibility, embarrassed to show my face at a doctors office .
Despise management, despise counterparts , despise the products , despise the company , despise the industry , tired of ripping off & hurting the public, need my 99 weeks .
Please put me out of my misery. That is all , carry on
 












It's not as easy as you think. I just told my wife a few days ago that I didn't think I'd be layed off 2 years in a row. This just sealed it. I was layed off last year, and it's a heavy burden to have trust me. I busted my behind interviewing my way back into the company, and worked my tail off this year. This news is horrible for the patients, doctors, company, and us as reps. Take it from someone who went through layoffs last year...it's much easier to talk about rather than go through it.

I feel for you but if you think Novartis is the be all end all you are living in a box
I too was layed off last year and got a job back and to be honest, I wish I had taken the package last year. This year has been hell and i am in a territory an hour from where i live
Its a dead end here and if i had taken the package last year, i would have another job by now and not be dealing with this again
If your wife doesn't work, she needs to go out and get a job
Luckily i have quite a bit in savings and with unemployment, I wont be too stressed

If you must write about being "layed off" then spell and use the term correctly - it is laid off -
Overall for a group that is amazingly well compensated you don't have the spelling or grammar skills to justify the pay grade.

Who gives a crap about spelling or grammar. Ooh I almost spelled grammar wrong.
 












I WAS laid off last year and it is tougher than ever out here. Now I have a great job with an amazing company that actually treats people extremely well and sets attainable (and reasonably exceed-able) goals. Novartis just takes advantage of the fact that there aren't many places for their reps to go and has been screwing them over because of it. Be overjoyed if they kiss you goodbye, take your 3 digit bonus and run as fast as you can for small pharma. Novartis giving me the boot was the best thing that ever happened to my career.
And I have to admit, as someone who launched tekturna and believed in it I am now laughing and laughing and laughing. Unfortunately it's the reps that take the crap. They will keep people on long enough to do the dirty work of informing doctors then it will be pure carnage.
 


















there is light at the end of the tunnel, i been laid off the last 3 years in the row and all in all you just got to move forward, things are meant to b in life so if it does happen to u just think this is my destiny and again move forward, i survived and i am still surviving w a high paying pharm job, u can do it

Agree! Im so embarrassed to work for this company. They & we have lost all credibility & now they now want us to go out smiling & clean up their mess. EMBARRESSING!

Please do volunteer layoffs- you will be better off without me!
