Rumor has it there is a lot of pressure being placed on the RMs to put TSMs on PIPs this year. Can anyone confirm or deny?
Just my two cents here, but if you don't want to completely destroy any morale left here, could we hold off on the PIPs until this company is actually completely back up and running fully? The sales force was also not adequately prepared for the sh*tstorm that we've faced with regards to Sentinel. Elanco has been out for blood in the Northeast and MidAtlantic areas. We're doing the best we can out here. We don't need the added stress of a plan.
